DYL 811 MEC-CAM - Diesel Mechanic Systems
With fast assambly and easy adjustment also user friendly program enables tests and determinations to be achieved very quickly.
Robust compact design with all steel frame construction
Display of pump output and test stand operating data via 15.6 “ PC.
Independently driven two supply pumps( 0-10 bar and 0-40 bar)
Perfect test oil heating and cooling ssytem with tank level control
It contains test plans of most pump types in the market.
Software updates and test plans can be loaded with remote desktop free of charge.
Flow and Temp. Measurement of oil return of distributing pump with digital german flowmeters
MECHANICAL PUMP TESTING
Testing of the electromagnetic valve of distributor pump.(12V/24V)
Measurement of the internal pressure of distributor pump.
Dual scale graduates 12 pcs 0-45cc and12 pcs 0-150cc capacity of measuring range
Checking the travel of stroke (optional)
EUI AND EUP TESTING
Actuator valve measurement via BIP sensor and delay time(response time) measurements with follow oscillascope.
Easy and oil free change of cam with a special designed sliding plate.
Perfect angle reseting with 360 pulse encoder for each cam shafts.
Dynamic electronic mass measurement for quantity
You can check the unit injectors such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit, Delphi Euro 6 and Scania HPI (optional)
